Who you're dealing with

This website

The assessment and the material on this site are for information. They are not financial, legal, tax or career advice, and your result is an indication rather than a recommendation to act. Decisions about your job, income or business are yours.

The programme

Chapter One is a 90-day guided programme. Nothing on this site is an offer in itself: a call is a conversation, and either side may decide it isn't a fit. An agreement exists only once we have both confirmed it in writing, and the specifics — price, payment schedule, what is included, and start date — are set out there. Where those terms and this page differ, the agreement wins.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from entering the agreement to withdraw without giving a reason, by emailing us. If you ask us in writing to begin within those 14 days and we do, you may still withdraw, and we may charge for what has already been delivered in proportion to the whole. Once the programme has been fully delivered within that period at your request, the right to withdraw ends.

What we do and don't promise

We commit to delivering the programme with the care and skill you would expect from a professional. We do not promise a particular income, a business outcome, or that you will leave your job — those depend on what you do, your circumstances, and factors outside anyone's control. Anything shared by past participants describes their experience and is not a guarantee of yours.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, or anything that cannot be limited by Dutch law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you have paid under the agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost opportunity.

Content

The videos, assessment, frameworks and written material are ours and stay ours. You may use them for yourself while on the programme. Please don't copy, resell or share them.

Complaints and applicable law

If something is wrong, email us first — most things are settled that way. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
