Who we are
Chapter One is a programme run by Nimrod Consultancy, registered in the Netherlands. Nimrod Consultancy is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you use this site we may collect:
- Your name and email address, which you give us so we can send your test result.
- Your answers to the assessment, and the result calculated from them — including an indicative income band and how long you could go without income. You choose what to answer.
- Your phone number, if you book a call and provide one.
- Technical and campaign data: IP address, browser and device information, the page you arrived on, and advertising parameters such as UTM values and a Meta click identifier.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To deliver your result and run the programme — necessary to perform what you asked us for, and to take steps at your request before any agreement.
- To send you marketing email — only where you ticked the box asking for it. You can withdraw that at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, without affecting anything else.
- To measure and improve our advertising — only where you accepted cookies. See the cookie policy.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as tax records.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run this. Each processes data on our instructions:
- Airtable — our CRM, where your details and result are stored.
- Brevo — sends our email.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
- n8n — moves data between the systems above.
- Cal.com — handles call bookings.
- Meta Platforms — receives advertising measurement data if you accepted cookies. Where we send your email address for this purpose it is hashed before it leaves your browser or our server, so Meta receives an irreversible code rather than the address itself.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, or use infrastructure that is. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Assessment results and contact details are kept for as long as you may want your result and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, records connected to that agreement are kept for the seven years Dutch tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it sent to another provider. Email info@dave-nimrod.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Automated decisions
Your answers are scored automatically to produce your result and to indicate whether the programme is likely to suit you. This has no legal effect on you, and a person reviews every application before anyone is accepted. You are welcome to contact us if you disagree with your result.
